What is Co-Funding?

Co-funding with the ALMT allows individuals, other Trusts and Foundations, and Companies to contribute funds directly to individual, vetted and approved, project partnerships. With fifteen years of experience awarding grants and working in partnership with children’s organisations around the world, the ALMT is best placed to support you in your philanthropy.

SAS FC believes that poverty should not be a barrier to playing organised football. The ALMT is proud to be supporting the club by working together to implement a stronger infrastructure and staff base to raise SAS FC’s profile and volunteer involvement in the local area.

The partnership, designed to last 3 years, is supporting the hiring, training and development of the Football Development Office role and is following the club’s successes and monitoring the achievements and advancements in volunteer led coaching sessions. SAS FC is run in partnership with Epic Partners, which specialise in working together to make a positive difference within disadvantaged communities.

Its mission is to raise levels of aspiration and achievement by leading strong local partnerships between schools, children, families and local stakeholders. Football can develop skills, both physical and emotional, broaden experience and heavily contribute to creating well-rounded individuals. By developing the clubs infrastructure and equipment, the young people are empowered to strive harder to achieve. The ALMT is also making an annual donation to contribute towards the clubs travel costs for the teams.
